HR Solutions & Capabilities Division (HSCD)
Oversee recruitment and appointment, management of establishment matters for Education Officers, Executive & Administrative Staff, Allied Educators (EO/EAS/AED), MOE Kindergarten Educators (MKE), employee engagement and HR partnerships with schools and HQ Divisions.
HR Strategy & Leadership Division (HSLD)
Review and formulate strategic HR policies, manpower planning, talent management and leadership succession planning.
