Outdoor Education
Develops you to be a people-centred professional in the outdoor education, recreation, special needs and youth sectors. You learn teaching skills like programme design, instruction, and facilitation; environment skills such as landscape intepretation, environment studies and biodiversity; and people skills like youth development and outdoor leadership. There are also certifications in technical skills like kayaking, climbing, abseiling, and challenge course.

In line with industry requirements, applicants who are interested in applying for a Diploma in Outdoor Education (R33) should ensure that they do not have profound mobility, hearing, and visual impairments, as well as neurodiversity such as autism spectrum disorder. They should not have any chronic health conditions such as asthma, epilepsy, skin disorder, high blood pressure, heart problems and schizophrenia.
