4. Application status

Check the Remarks column in your child's Candidates Portal (CP) account from time to time in case you are required to submit additional information or documents.

You can also view your application status in CP:

Application status in CP What it means
Pending Your application has been submitted.
Registered
(At least 4 weeks from day of submission)
Your application has been approved.

Incomplete applications will take a longer time to be processed.

Receive entry proof

If your application is approved and payment is successful, you will receive an email in January or February 2026 before the test dates informing you to download your child’s entry proof from the CP.

Enquiries on the status of your application will not receive any replies. Please log in to your CP account to check for updates on your application status.

For technical support, please raise a case through the CP Technical Assistance online form. For other queries, you may contact the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB) through the Ask Us SEAB online form.

5. Test details

The schedule for the S-AEIS tests is as follows:

  • Primary 2: Wednesday, 4 March 2026
  • Primary 3: Wednesday, 4 March 2026
  • Primary 4: Friday, 6 March 2026
  • Secondary 1: Monday, 2 March 2026 and Tuesday, 3 March 2026
  • Secondary 2: Monday, 2 March 2026 and Tuesday, 3 March 2026


The test venue and reporting time will be stated in your child's entry proof.

They have to arrive by the reporting time and sit at their assigned desks at least 15 minutes before the tests begin.

They must bring along the following documents:

  • A copy of their passport bio-data page. This is the page that shows your child's personal particulars, photo and passport details.
  • A copy of their entry proof issued by SEAB.

Preparing for S-AEIS tests

S-AEIS Primary

Your child needs to be familiar with the Mathematics topics taught in mainstream schools for the level preceding the one that they applied for.

For example, if your child wishes to seek admission to Primary 3, they should be familiar with Primary 2 content.

S-AEIS Secondary

Your child needs to be familiar with the English and Mathematics topics taught in our mainstream schools for the level preceding the one that they applied for.

For example, if your child wishes to seek admissions to Secondary 2, they should be familiar with Secondary 1 content.
